Mancarea a fost foarte bună, preturi decente, plaja foarte aproape de hotel și curata!

Nu mi a placut faptul ca n au fost papuci în camera de hotel, nu au fost lucrurile necesare la baie precum: sapun, sampon.. au fost cateva prosoape iar camera a fost curata intr adevar, dar au fost cateva minusuri la proprietate. De altfel la minibar ul din camera aveai atasata o lista de preturi, iar când te duci la receptie sa platesti consumatia din minibar preturile difera.

"Locația excelentă, parcare și șezlonguri incluse!"

Locatia, doamnele/domnișoarele de la recepție, balconul, curățenia în cameră. Parcarea și șezlongurile incluse!

Doamnele de la curățenie sunt gălăgioase pe holuri. Băile au urme de mucegai și piesele metalice cu puțină rugină.

Atitudinea impecabila a personalului de la receptie. Zona de plaja alocata clientilor hotelului extrem de ingrijita, cu personal atent si implicat. Accesul la plaja facil. Foarte util aranjamentul cu lumini, mai ales pentru cei care merg la plimbare dupa apus. Restaurantul hotelului, mai ales zona de pe plaja Beach barul (aproape de sezlonguri, personal foarte prompt).

Un incident legat de curatenia in baie (la dus). Rezolvat rapid, cu ajutorul personalului de la receptie.

Mocheta murdara, nu fusese aspirata nici când ne-am cazat, nici pe durata sejurului Tăblia tapitata a patului era murdara de praf si par, nu fusese curățată deloc Salteaua învechită cu par pe ea, așternuturile prea scurte Unele așternuturi erau prea uzate Frigiderul prea micut Amplasare langa restaurant Dorna cu petreceri târzii aproape in fiecare noapte ceea ce făcea greoaie odihna
