"Un sejur groaznic, fără odihnă și cu mult stres."

Locația bună, lângă parcul Sub Arini.

Multă mizerie și spații insalubre. Deși au fost semnalate personalului de recepție toate neconformitățile, a ridicat din umeri dar nu a părut suprins când a văzut pozele, mi-a specificat ca nu are formular de satisfacție clienți și dacă am nemulțumiri, pot trimite un e-mail. Având în vedere prețul plătit (85 euro / noapte) șederea la acest hotel a fost o adevărată țeapă. Pardoseala flotantă nefixată corespunzător, scârțâie la fiecare pas iar de obiectele obiectele sanitare nu te poți atinge.

Spaul este superb. Mic dejun variat si incepe chiar la o ora devreme, ceea ce ne-a placut. Locatia hotelului, exact fata in fata cu parcul central.

Camera super mica. Peretele de la baie era avariata, mai exact la chiuveta, suportul de sapun era cazut din perete. Am solicitat halate in camera, am sunat de 3 ori, asteptan o ora si am ramas doar cu promisiunea ca cineva ne va aduce. Pana la urma am mers la receptie pentru halate, unde am mai asteptat 30-40 de minute sa ne aduca cineva. Parcarea e scumpa tare: 4/ora sau 45/zi. Daca nu citesti atent descrierea hotelului, mergi cu impresia ca ofera parcare gratuita.
