Locatia si constructia sunt superbe

Sunt cateva detalii care din pacate au dezamagit. 1. Chiar daca hotelul era gol am fost cazati langa santier care la ora 7:00 incepe cu galagie 2. Restaurantul nu are toate preparatele trecute in meniu si pe cele care le are nu sunt tocmai conforme cu așteptările ( vita foarte tare, la micul dejun nu este guacamole, gem de gutui, pasta de stiuca etc. trebuie sa ai noroc sa mananci ce ofera meniul. 3. Am fost la spa la ora 20 si saunele erau oprite chiar daca spaul este deschis pana la 21. In bazinul cu apa rece este foarte mult mucegai. 4. Pe aleea dintre restaurant si cabana unde am fost cazați iluminatul este foarte slab si trebuie sa folosesti lanterna ca sa umbli in siguranță 5. In dusul din camera este foarte mult mucegai 6. Plata la restaurant a fost foarte înjositoare. In prima noapte sa trecut pe camera si a doua zi nu sa mai putut. Explicatia fiind ca regula le spune ca daca accepta plata pe camera si clientul nu plateste vor plăti ospătarii. Nu este tocmai atitudinea la care te astepti cand rezervi o camera la Matca. Pana la urma sa trecut pe camera insa discutia a fost cel putin deranjanta

It is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries, the landscape is straight out of a fairy tale. The staff is extremely kind - they even offered us a room upgrade, and the food is delicious. It is for sure one of the best hotels in the country.

Totul. De la aspectul luxos al resortului, camerelor, tot ce tine de restaurant, spa , room service etc .. au atins toate limitele maxime de perfectiune. Staff ul f dragut, respectuos, mancarea fine dinening, extrem de gustoasa, mic dejun variat, privelistea minunata.

Nu e nimic sa nu mi fi placut.
