Gorgeous location, recently renovated to the highest standards. Pure luxury.

The hotel advertises its (beautiful!) spa. It's clearly stated everywhere that children are only allowed in until 4pm. This rule is not being enforced. The spa is not a relaxing area. Even if it's pointed out on multiple occasions to staff that young children are running around screaming in the spa long after 4pm they will not intervene, even let additional families in the spa in the evening and not even offer an apology for the disturbance. The spa also does not seem to be cleaned up during the day. If you come after 4pm there are used slippers and towels lying around everywhere.

The view is absolutely amazing Very nice and attentive staff Very comfortable staying

The food wasn’t very tasty for me. I expected so much more. My guess is the restaurant has no chef cooking live, possible the food is precooked and the appetisers are served in the morning as breakfast and during the day as starters.

Absolutely amazing hotel, in a beautiful, secluded location with wonderful views of the mountains. Everything is brand new, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our requests. The room is very spacious. I particularly loved that the traditional architecture and decor, and the spa was absolutely wonderful and impeccably clean. Can't wait to come back!
