The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable

When we made the reservation (mid June) we requested a parking space, a request that was denied due to full booking already (as a disclaimer it was the festival period and the city was full). So fair enough but then a day before our stay I tried again, just to check in case something changed, I got the same reply plus a passive aggressive sentence implying I am too late and everyone is doing the reservations for parking immediately after they reserve the room - which was in fact our case, so the comment was not appropriate. Then I asked for a recommendation regarding parking spaces to which they replied: “Usually no one has problems finding parking in the area.” Just to say we had a lot of problems with that😊 the city’s parking app is not functional and if you have a foreign phone number, you cannot pay for your parking with sms. This is not a new problem in Cluj so their reply to our polite request for recommendations was - to say the least - not very service-oriented. In the room there was also a metal door that kept falling when you close the bathroom door. There was also a strange cigarette smell in the bed, while the sheets seemed clean. The isolation is bad as we could hear when someone entered the building. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The property is clean and comfortable and is a very good venue for travelers that enjoy a home feeling away from home.
