"Diferența de calitate comparativ cu anul trecut.."

Locație bună Personal la recepție foarte amabil și profesional.

Am venit pentru prima dată la acest hotel în mai 2025. Am fost inițial mulțumiți de camera deluxe alocată atunci , și de calitatea micului dejun. Din păcate, anul acesta, deși am rezervat un junior suite ( fiind 3 adulți ) singura opțiune a fost la parter cu vedere direct în strada; zgomot atât ziua cât și noaptea. Am cerut să schimbăm camera însă de la recepție am înțeles ca acela era singurul tip de cameră pe care o aveau (și cea mai spațioasă ?). Aerul foarte închis, iar camera nu corespunde pozelor și nu este renovată ca cea pe care am avut-o inițial. Opțiunile de la mic dejun au fost diminuate considerabil și ele.
