הצוות היה מצוין. הזמנו שתי הזמנות עוקבות ובקשנו להשאר באותו החדר למרות שכל הזמנה היתה לחדר מסוג אחר ( בטעות ) הצוות עשה הכל להסדיר את הענין ואכן פתר את הבעיה. אין במלון מעלית וזה מקשה לסחוב את המזוודות פקידת הקבלה סטפניה עשתה זאת עבורנו - שוב יחס טוב של הצוות.

אין מעלית כדאי להסביר זאת. לאנשים עם מוגבלות הוא לא יתאים

Struttura situata a 10min di cammino dal centro storico di Brasov. Ampia corte all’ingresso dove poter parcheggiare la vettura. Stanza molto ampie con arredamenti semplici ma essenziali. Struttura molto accogliente.

Colazione mediocre, poca scelta e dolce praticamente inesistente. Assenza di bevande nel minibar della stanza, nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua.
