Hostello

Literally nothing

We couldn’t find the building at first. It is called hostello but actually its real name is different. Also we had to wait around an hour at reception. When we tried to check in, guy at reception couldn’t find our booking (we had 4 bedroom dormitory booked) and after searching for hours and waisting our time he placed us in 6 bedroom dormitory and said that one that we had booked was not available. It was dirty and facilities were not that good In general, horrible. DO NOT GO THERE

Central, clean and very friendly staff

Stayed here as I was desperate. The reception isn't manned 24 hrs and the access to the property and rooms both use codes, so anyone who has, stayed since the last code change, has, access to the property, and to your room. It isn't safe, and on the 2nd day, the police were there as, someone had their possessions stolen. On the 3rd day, a complete stranger entered the room code I was in, looked around, saw I was in the room, and left. It's not safe. Do not stay here.

Bedbugs

Pictures are fake, no hearing, no cleaning, no security. Extremely bad customer service. Staff at the reception are from Brazil and none of them are speaking English only they use google translate etc.

No heating, no hot water, mix up with my bed, I have found almost every single night someone sleeps in my bed and I have to fight and argue with the reception staff for them mistakes. Plus extremely stressful and dirty, cockroaches, and insects.

Bed was occupied by another person. No sign outside where is the entrance . When u call the owner, he doesn’t answer. Was staying outside for 30 mins , trying to get inside , then just walked around , came to another hostel to ask , and they checked me in
