Almost everything. Terrible staff. Despite my booking being for 8 pm, they didn’t send any check-in instructions in advance. I arrived and was literally left outside. The phone numbers they provided were unreachable — “they were sleeping,” apparently. Only after contacting Booking.com did they finally send the instructions at 4 a.m. Not recommended at all.
