Beautiful and unique hotel with excellent service, in a town that’s still authentic with many good restaurants and hasn’t become to touristic. Bari, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Matera, and Ostuni are all short drive making le Carasse a great base for a trip to Puglia.

L’accueil et les conseils de Catalina, la décoration et la situation de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner.

Rien sinon la recherche de place de parking qui pourrait être une difficulté en pleine saison.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer mit allem was es braucht ausgestattet, sehr ruhig und sauber.

Das Frühstück war wie schon erwähnt gut. Die Früchte sollten besser kontrolliert werden. Hatte an zwei Tagen Früchte, die schon weit über dem Reifepunkt waren.
