Hotel charmoso e com arquitetura linda! Staff gentil e prestativa!

Localização boa, mas o GPS não identifica bem, tem que pedir ajuda do hotel! Acredite se quiser, cobram late check in!! Nos cobraram 35 euros de taxa por termos chegado após as 21h. Café da manhã bem razoável: suco quente, ovos frios. Na cidade ninguém fala inglês, só italiano! No hotel, inglês.

All around great hotel.

Small and beautifully maintained. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms were small but had everything you could ask for and very clean. Loved the bathrobes and the bed was very comfortable.

The only problem we had was initially finding the hotel as goggle maps doesn’t tell you the best/easiest route to the hotel so it took a while to find and there’s no parking so finding parking close by could be more difficult in high season and weekends.

Le Carasse is a wonderful retreat in a special location right in the heart of Mola di Bari. You are a short walk to the sea, and the neighborhood has all one could ask for - shops, restaurants, and friendly people everywhere. Francesco has designed and crafted a masterpiece, and his love for this home - that has been in his family for over 80 years - is evident in everything you experience. You are welcomed and treated as family.

The whole experience was superb. The room was beautifully laid out, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We used the private spa and for €55 per person for 90 minutes use, we found it to be incredible value with what was in the spa. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast that is included in the cost is great value, superb choice with both hot and cold options available.

Nothing and I mean nothing, the whole experience was perfect.

-It feels like a private apartment more than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend for over night stays or short stays in general. You end up spending hundreds on taxi alone. -It would be helpful to send a reminder of checkin times before arrival, instead of asking me last minute 'what time are you coming' and apply a late checkin fee of 35 euros. As far as it is written on the site, most users wouldn't get down to every details of the property and would still get shocked for last minute charges. -The serving lady kept rushing me out although the property was empty. She told me word by word 'you must leave the room as fast as you can' as if I have booked a shelter. I understand that not everybody speaks the same language but this is by no means to talk to any guest. Then she took out the key card while I was in the room so I couldn't even use light. I wanted to order coffee upon checkout and the serving lady refused, saying 'the coffee machine is closed'. Is it too much work for a hotel staff to prepare a cup of coffee for a guest? The spa was closed too as 'it was not heated up'. Eventually I couldn't even wait to leave as it just got creepy that she seems bothered that I was using the public area. These are my honest feelings and suggestions. As a property if you have more house rules than amenities, you should list your place as a private apartment so guests' expectations will be a whole lot different.
