La situation n’est pas idéale entre la mer et Catanzaro. Le quartier autour n’est pas très attrayant situé dans une zone industrielle ; pas très facile d’accès suivre le GPS

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto economico in relazione all ottimo soggiorno trascorso in questa struttura accogliente per la professionalità e gentilezza del personale, la pulizia accurata delle camere e delle aree comuni e il Ristorante squisito ed altrettanto economico.
