Rooms were well equipped for our needs and cleaned thoroughly everyday. Towels also replaced daily. Additional pillows asked for and provided with no issues. Location was good and convenient to amenities.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The eggs were cold but once notified, staff resolved the issue. The selection of breakfast items was extremely limited and drinking water was not cold. The interactions with staff was limited also and personally we would have valued more welcome and camaraderie.

Die Lage des Hotels

Betten für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart. Beim Frühstücksbuffet enttäuschend geringe Auswahl, nur ein Kaffeeautomat ( ungünstigst plaziert, immer lange Schlange, mal kein Wasser, mal keine Bohnen, dann wieder Kaffeesatz Behälter voll- und jedesmal mussten Gäste um Behebung des Problems bitten). Sehr traurig die völlig welken Rosen in den Vasen am Frühstückstisch ( 3Tage lang)- geht doch gar nicht!

Frühstück war ok aber es war schwierig einen Platz zu finden. Es kam vor das z.B. keine Brötchen vorhanden waren. Das Personal war teilweise überfordert.

Wir hatten das Apartment gebucht welches sich überraschenderweise außerhalb des Hotels befand. Das Apartment war im Erdgeschoss die Fenster waren erhöht und man fühlte sich eher im Keller. Für Mai war es sehr kühl, eine Heizung konnte nicht angestellt werden. Die Aussentür war nicht sonderlich gesichert und wir fühlten uns nicht besonders sicher.
