Great location in the heart of Porto Ercole. Staff were truly exceptional making every effort to predict our needs and desires with the utmost courtesy and thoughtfulness. We loved La Roqqa and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

La struttura è molto bella, con una posizione panoramica eccezionale su Porto Ercole. Gli spazi comuni sono curati, l’arredamento è elegante e il servizio di car valet incluso è sicuramente comodo. La terrazza della colazione è davvero splendida.

Il design è minimalista e di gusto nordico, ma per una clientela italiana può risultare freddo e poco funzionale, soprattutto considerando i prezzi elevati. Le camere, seppur eleganti, sono piccole e sin troppo essenziali: mancano dettagli importanti per il comfort, come il bidet, e il frigobar è estremamente limitato — nessuno snack disponibile e pochissime bibite. La colazione è molto scarna: non c’è buffet, viene portato al tavolo solo un piccolo piattino con pochi prodotti. Una colazione più completa è disponibile solo ordinando dal menù alla carta. Il servizio è lento e poco attento: abbiamo atteso oltre 20 minuti per un semplice caffè, poi abbiamo rinunciato. La spiaggia, infine, è distante e si raggiunge solo con una navetta; consiste perlopiù in piattaforme, mentre l’area sabbiosa è molto ridotta.

Sound proofing between room 101 and 102 was not good - the door lets in too much noise. Some more sound insulation is required.

De locatie is top! Het ontbijt top, op de rooftop van het hotel met prachtig uitzicht. s' Avonds eveneens eten op de rooftop, eten is heerlijk!
