スタッフの方はとても感じがよく、居心地も良くまた泊まりたいと思いました。 良くなかったのは朝食の注文で麺の後にフレンチトーストと頼んだのにフレンチトーストが先に出て来て、そしてぬるくてちょっと硬かったです、残念。 シャワーの排水が1日目は悪くなかったのですが2日目から悪かったです。 立地的には中心から少し離れているけど歩ける範囲で、静かな事も良かったです。オールドマーケットからトゥクトゥクは2ドルでした。

I've never had a better hotel experience. Room was perfect, property is gorgeous, staff are almost too attentive, free room service was amazing, the restaurant was delicious, that pool was the absolute best.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Sarai, we absolutely loved staying with them and they would go above and beyond to cater to our needs. We had the most wonderful welcome to our room, each day was just a pleasure. Amazing rooms and facilities. Breakfast was fabulous along with the pool. We would love to say a huge thank you to Daren who was always wonderful and helped when ever needed. It was a shame to leave, we wish we stayed longer. Thank you again to everyone at Sarai!
