Amazing hotel and staff went above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful and food was amazing

Breakfast is too savory( my opinion) . Many dishes with eggs, beans and bacon .

Poor breakfast

The pool was beautiful and very quiet when we were there. The restaurant was also lovely and the staff were friendly and eager to help.

The rooftop pool wasn’t very accessible with steep stairs to get up there- thus didn’t affect us but may be tricky for other guests.

We liked the attentiveness of the staff. A lovely fellow named Pet, took great care to ensure our stay was great. The reception staff were all so helpful and kind, surprising me with a cake and singing on my birthday. Glasses of water were offered to us while we were waiting. The resort was clean and the room we had (a double room with mini bar) was spacious and comfortable. The location was great with a good restaurant on site and other restaurants including pizza, burgers and a local bar with entertainment, were all within 50 metres. I particularly liked that the tuk tuk drivers had Sarai uniforms. They were amazing drivers and suggested tours and places to go which made our holiday unforgettable. Both pools were lovely and we enjoyed spending time relaxing.

I can’t fault the property or staff.
