Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a relaxing stay in Siem Reap. I recommend this hotel for any traveler come to visit siemreap.

Staff were friendly. Location was good. Short walking distance to Riverside, pub street etc. Nice swimming pool. Food was okay. Breakfast limited. Although, hot food made to order. Only issue was bed bugs.

There is an active bed bug issue at the hotel in multiple rooms. Room stayed in , daughter got bitten overnight and we saw adult crawling in daylight on top of the bed. And there was evidence of them and nymphs crawling onto backpacks which were left in the room. They definitely came from the room.barrived from UK, so bugs didn't come with luggage. They were in the rooms. Switched rooms and there was evidence in second room. Whilst the hotel offered to clean clothing for free. They did not offer refund for any of the night stay. Hotel staff said they had issues before but thought it had been rectified. It hasn't.

I had a fantastic stay at Harmony Indochine d'Angkor in Siem Reap, and I especially want to highlight two amazing staff members. First, Lisa at the reception was absolutely outstanding. Her English was excellent, which made everything smooth and easy from the moment I arrived. She was always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful with any questions or requests. She is also very beautiful and has a wonderful presence that made the whole experience even more pleasant. I would also like to mention Vichea, the trainee, who is doing a really great job. He was polite, attentive, and clearly putting in a lot of effort. It’s great to see someone learning so quickly and already providing such good service. Both of them made my stay much more enjoyable, and they truly represent the hotel in the best possible way. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially thanks to staff like them.

Bon emplacement Personnel hyper sympa et très réactifs. Sela et Vichea sont très sympas. Service de tuktuk directement en bas de l’hôtel avec So Kun qui est formidable.

Piscine, hôtel à taille humaine quartier calme. Bonbonne a l'étage pour recharger les gourdes

Rien en particulier un très bon 3 étoiles si on parle de normes francaises, petit déj "américain" très correct mais pas de confiture !
