BKK Concept Hotel

Most of the staff was nice. Great location. Room deco and furniture very minimal but for a couple of nights it’s ok.

When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room and, on top of it, the sheets were dirty. This issue was immediately resolved by the manager at the reception. They never cleaned our room during our stay.

Good location in BKK. Large room bathroom and abtechamver good storage.

Two way switch by bed

The location was very good,not far from the sites. The room was spacious,comfortable,nice and clean. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful. We loved our stay in the hotel.

Big room, clean, comfy bed, big bathroom, nice furniture

Relatively expensive. For a few dollars more you can get a hotel with breakfast, pool, gym in the same neighborhood. Small things: big TV, but no channels. Shower was a bit broken. Airco was too little to really keep it cold

Absence of plates and spoons for eating

We were upgraded to a family room with 2 large beds (#502) and each bed has 4 pillows! Huge room with a balcony. The room is clean and very comfortable. I could sleep all day in these beds. There is a comfy couch. WiFi is fast.

Water in plastic bottles.

Clean, modern, spacious, calm, great neighborhood. Plugs work for American, UK and EU — very practical.
