Great location

Rooftop pool was hot, could benefit from a shade sail. This was partly me fault for travelling in April

Location was perfect, room was very comfortable, and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even lent us a room to take a shower before leaving for the airport in the evening even though we had checked out in the morning.

The residence was located in good place and near riverside, clean,comfortable and very kindness staffs,

Really amazing staff our room was really beautiful and clean (everyday). If it wasn’t for the staff I think this hotel wouldn’t have as many good reviews they really make the stay so much easier they are so accommodating and kind. Always happy to help. The room and staff made our stay and we’d come back here again!

The bath (the reason I’m assuming a lot of people book here) takes literally an hour to fill if you want hot water on top of that you have to manually turn the hot water on under the skin which was odd to me being in a hotel (I’d understand in a Homestay or hostel). The pressure needs to be fixed

Lack of shade at the pool was not ideal, the safe in the room was not fixed to the wall, I mentioned this to front desk staff & they said they would get engineering to remedy
