We had a brilliant stay here. The staff were some of the most friendly people I’ve encountered so far on my travels - always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The room was lovely, really clean and so spacious which made it feel homely. They also did an arrangement on the bed for our anniversary which was such a special touch. The pool area was also brilliant, ideal for the weather. Location was perfect as it was in walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap!

The only bad thing was that the temperature dial on our bath didn’t work and couldn’t get fixed in time which meant we couldn’t have a bath. The shower was fine though!

Excelente hotel y atención del personal. Te dan 15% de descuento en su restaurant que de por si ya tiene Buenos precios, comimos varias veces, muy rica la comida. Tambien 30% de descuento en masajes que tambien usamos. Muy buena ubicacion

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario.

A pesar de que el hotel no estaba lleno no se nos permitió hacer el checkin antes de la hora que tenían establecida. El segundo día hubo un cortocircuito y la habitación se quedó sin electricidad lo que nos obligo a cambiarmos de habitación. El desayuno era bastante escueto.
