The hot water system was not good. I had only 1 hot shower in 4 days.Rest were tepid. There were some bugs coming in at night thru closed doors?

I really liked the hotel’s location and room. The hotel is wheelchair-friendly, which made it easy for me to get around the city using my wheelchair.

Unfortunately, I stayed during the New Year period. The area was very crowded with people and vehicles, and some guests parked their cars in a way that blocked my wheelchair ramp. I recommend that hotel security monitor this more carefully

Noise from building works and music from adjacent bar. Not the hotels fault but could be a problem if you spend a lot of time at the hotel

As the breakfast was not complimentary, we did have that.

Breakfast should be made complimentary for all room options

L’hotel è molto bello con camere molto grandi ed ha all’interno un ristorante in cui si potevano mangiare piatti di cucina tipica khmer a prezzi medi, ma con la comodità di essere nell’hotel stesso. Il personale è super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa; hanno organizzato per noi le navette per l’aeroporto e per la stazione dei bus con prezzi onesti. Ogni volta che rientravi erano pronti ad accoglierci con domande su come fosse andata la giornata. Soggiorno sicuramente molto piacevole.
