The check-in process was seamless, quick, and highly professional. The lobby area was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and felt very welcoming. When we got to our room, we were immediately impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean it was

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and incredible hospitality

The hotel's location is ideal, making it incredibly easy to access local attractions and transport links. Despite being in a convenient area, the room itself was peaceful, quiet, and well-isolated from outside noise

Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were always eager to provide helpful local recommendations and assist us with a genuine attitude

Location was great, pool was nice and refreshing I didn’t wake up for breakfast so not sure but was told basic but nice

Advertised TV’s don’t work

The property was exceedingly well situated and the staff extremely helpful - particularly organising transfers from and to the airport and transport around Angkor Wat. They also gave an excellent restaurant recommendation.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly when we arrived & we had a very hot night, but to be fair it was fixed promptly the following day when we mentioned it. The balcony furniture was stained and not inviting to spend time on, though the view from the balcony over the river and town was great.

A roupa de cama e banho bem gasta. No quarto tinha mosquitos. O ar condicionado super antigo e pouco eficiente. Passei muito calor lá A geladeira muito velha também. Meu quarto era atrás do sistema de refrigeração e alguns dias foi insuportável o barulho. O café da manhã muito simples, quase sem opções.E ainda outra coisa desagradável, tinha uma luz que nunca apagava dentro do quarto. Um incômodo a mais para eu dormir.
