Didn't eat breakfast coz I wasn't meant to sleep overnight.

Quiteness, cleaness, hospitality and a good customer approach from the staffs.

Great kitchen menu for good prices. Nice garden to relax in, good size rooms and clean, with good location.

The hotel is ok, but on a high standard. The building is new, and the garden is very nice.

The bathroom in the room is not nice, water flowing everywhere after the shower.Staff look unhappy , not good customer service, business like. You cannot negotiate anything. However not everyone is the same. The front desk man tried to ask me to pay what I had already paid and is the one who was there that day and he apologized saying they didn't update the Google sheet something like that which I found sketchy.

I like the hotel's setting—it's a hidden gem with a lovely garden. The staff is very friendly, and the service is generally good. The room was decent.

Consider offering a menu that blends Western and traditional Ugandan food. While trying Western dishes is great, focusing on local Ugandan cuisine will likely be a hit, as people love experiencing the rich flavors. For breakfast, offering a variety of options would be especially appealing.

The place is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are professionally trained, very good customer care.

Location - the hotel is close to a busy road and neighbors a local garage that tends to be noisy when the mechanics are testing the cars. My advice would be to book the front facing rooms.
