Great accommodation and close to the airport.

I felt very welcome and comfortable. Smooth and professional check in. Very adequate room and a good breakfast.

Staff were friendly. Good number of charging points. Nice garden area Intact mosquito nets (stayed in several places in Uganda whose nets had holes) Food tasted nice but unfortunately was predominantly cold (bar one breakfast)

I booked the deluxe double room. Was shown to a room which to be honest was like staying in a shed and the pictures of the room matched the pictures on booking.com budget room (despite staff saying that it wasn't as the budget room had a shared bathroom). This was my last 2 days after a busy 2 week stay in Uganda and so was tired on arrival and so just slept as just thought I had made a bad booking choice. There was nothing deluxe about the room at all. No shower curtain for the shower, really noisy sliding doors resembling something you would find in your garden greenhouse (the room even had a padlock that you would use on a locker), a sink in the bedroom whose cupboard door wouldn't even shut. The next day on checking booking.com I came to realise that I was definitely not in the room that I had booked which advised that I should have a hot tub and balcony. On coming back from an early morning tour I mentioned this to staff for the first time, who said that they were actually going to offer to change the room (did they actually know that it wasn't a great room). They maintained that the room was a deluxe room and that they didn't actually have a room with a bath and also that the room with the balcony had someone in it and had for days even though this was the room that I had booked). Staff advised that they had contacted booking.com as the pictures of our room shouldn't have been on the budget section and gave us a complimentary airport transfer. The room we were moved to was significantly better but still not the room that I had booked. It had proper doors and better floors.

Peaceful location with a wonderful staff. A nice place to rest between travels. Easy to walk anywhere and also bodas available just around the corner.

It has a large, green yard. The staff is helpful.

We had a room on the groundfloor, right near the restaurant. It was very noisy, as we could basically hear everybody talking. There are no mosquito nets, so the bathroom (especially) was full of mosquitos. The ceiling definitely needs repainting. The bed was very large, but it almost fell with us on one side. It took almost 2 hours to bring us fish and chips. And they wanted to cheat us, to pay 20 dolares for a 5 minute drive to the airport.

Everything was clean and the stuff very friendly! Breakfast was good with a nice garden view! We stayed only for one night because we arrived very late - late check in was no problem!

The guesthouse did not meet our expectations epically price for cleanliness and comfort and noise level.

The entire guesthouse was not presentable and we feel the facilities do need a serious revamp
