We came here for the Neige Neige festival, whose main entrance was nearby. Although we loved this hotel, we thought Neige Neige was a rip off with overpriced food and beverages, rude security, too much corporate advertising and too little local talent. As for the hotel, it's a comfortable place to stay to visit the Source of the Nile.

We arrived at 7:00pm and the rooms were not ready. They didn’t know which rooms we reserved and we had to switch rooms afterwards. It took almost 1h before we got the right rooms. I booked for a group of 13 people but suddenly we had to pay extra for the family room. We wanted to order dinner and that was not a problem they said. However, it took almost 4 hours before we got our food. That is unexceptable and a first time in my life! When we asked for a compensation, this was not possible at all. Even more, they didn’t want to accept dollars as payment.
