Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kampala was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt both welcoming and professional. What made our experience especially memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. Primrose, Prodipta, Nora, Victoria, Samson and Yvette each went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and well looked after. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made a lasting impression on us. Every interaction was handled with care and efficiency, and they consistently delivered service with a smile. Thanks to their dedication, our stay was not just comfortable but truly memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kampala to anyone visiting the area.

Good breakfast, strong shower pressure, clean rooms and bathrooms, and a gym I enjoy. Great stay overall.

As a small suggestion, it would be nice if bathrobes were available.

"Kololo Bar is the best!!!"

Four Points in Kampala is magnificent. Stella helped me at dinner. I had the chicken masala with roti and devoured it all in minutes!! So good!!! Prodipta was an excellent manager and saw that I was well served the entire evening!! Thanks guys, I will return soonest!!!
