"I won't recommend. It can ruin your holiday"

The central heating wasnt working in the 1st day, they come and fix it however the 2nd day got broken again. No heating in the bedroom at all time. The shower wasn't working, they come and fix it on the 2nd day. The apartment wasn't so clean. They tried to charge me more for cleaning than the initially price they wrote on the website. It supposed to be 30 euro and they asked me for 40 euro. However i did send an email and said i will leave 30 euro in lei on the tv table. I wouldn't recommended due to the inconvenience they caused for 2 days. Meaning half of my holiday. They supposed to check that everything was in order before the guests come. Is not possible not to have hot water and heating from the first day ylu arrive especially in winter time. I tried to add photos but I couldn't
