Am ales pentru a șasea oară Hotel Cristal din Cluj și, de fiecare dată, revin cu aceeași bucurie. Este locul în care știu că găsesc curățenie impecabilă, oameni amabili și o atmosferă care te face să te simți binevenit. De la primire până la plecare, totul este făcut cu grijă și profesionalism. Micul dejun este variat și foarte gustos, iar confortul camerelor îți oferă exact liniștea de care ai nevoie după o zi plină. Pentru mine, nu mai este doar un hotel, ci un loc în care revin cu încredere, de fiecare dată când ajung în Cluj. Recomand cu drag!

- micul dejun destul de variat, am rugat sa mi se fiarba niste oua si le-am primit exact cum mi le-am dorit; seful de salon, domnul Dacian (daca am retinut bine) foarte proactiv, atent, mi-a placut mult de dansul - localizarea excelenta - curat - liniste (probabil si pentru ca am fost in off season total) - staff-ul amabil - nu miroase urat in camere - baia e curata - perdelele sunt blackout - felicitari

- ar merge o sticluta de apa in camera - ar fi bine venit si un fierbator (pe care l-am primit, intr-adevar, la solicitare - tot de la domnul Dacian) - recomand becuri mai puternice in baie

We stayed here before and all it was great, quiet, clean, good breakfast.

But now there was a party in the small restaurant downstairs and the music was loud, we could hear it from the third floor Even though in Romania it is against the law to listen to music loudly after 10 PM, they continued until 12-12.30 AM. I don't think I will come back, unfortunately.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, breakfast on the first day was cold sausages. The next morning's breakfast was very good. The restaurant is temporarily closed and only serves hotel breakfasts.

Great location, friendly staff, good food for the breakfast

There was no mirror in the bedroom, I had to put my makeup on in the hallway and move one of the lamps near me because there was no lamp, a shower curtain in the bathroom could be useful for preventing splashing everywhere around when having a shower (not a bath). We’ve had an apartment
