"Pt noi a fost o experiență neplăcută 😔"

Am rezervat apartamentul , cu plata în avans, integral, prin booking. Am primit mailul de confirmare și indicațiile pt self check in. Am intrat în apartament , și am constatat ca nu se făcuse curățenie deloc. Am sunat proprietarul, care ne-a spus , ca din cauza unei “ erori umane “ , trebuie sa ne anuleze rezervarea . Am întârziat 1 ora la evenimentul pt care am mers la Cluj , a trebuit sa ne căutăm alta cazare .

"Generally good, but some things like toilet paper and bed sheets were not thought of by the owner."

Comfort, WiFi, location, parking, all appliances available.

No separate sheets for all 5 people, we only had 5 bed sheets. Also only one roll of toilet paper, not enough.

L’appartement était très fonctionnel, très propre, bien placé, le parking est un plus.

Le petit inconvénient est que cet appartement est en demi sous sol.

"Perfect place to stay in Cluj"

It was at the perimeter of the old town and is still a convenient 20 mins walk into town.There's a small neighbourhood Sigma mall nearby as well as a Wei Ramen restaurant that we love. The apartment is very new and clean but if during the peak of summer might get a bit hot since there is only one air conditioner in the living room.For us, in June it was just nice not cold and not hot. The free parking lot inside the inner courtyard was super convenient for us since we drive.However,Zen apartment is a walkup apartment,there is no lift so it might not be good for people with mobility issue.
