Very disappointing experience. I was traveling with my 7-year-old child and booked a spacious 40-square-meter room. According to the hotel’s policy published on Booking.com, children are welcome and extra beds can be provided when required. However, upon arrival, I was denied access to the room and was told that I had to book an additional room because of my child. This was completely contrary to the policy advertised at the time of booking. What should have been a simple check-in process turned into more than two hours of discussions, arguments, and unnecessary stress before the issue was finally resolved. I felt unfairly treated and taken advantage of, especially since I had selected a larger room and was willing to pay for an extra bed if needed. The attitude of several staff members was unprofessional and lacked the level of customer service expected from a hotel. This experience significantly affected our stay and left a very negative impression. I do not recommend this hotel, particularly for families traveling with children.

We had a wonderful stay in Capri. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the island while enjoying breathtaking views. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The only downside was that the hotel did not have a pool or an in-house restaurant. However, this was not a major issue as there were plenty of great restaurants just steps away, and room service was available when we preferred to dine in.
