Palazzo M Capri

Palazzo M hotel exceeded our expectations. Our Suite was huge - like an apartment where everyone could have their own space with own view, at the same time, communal areas to spend time together. The new hotel is beautiful, with all the staff so helpful, attentive and accommodating. They helped with ferry booking changes, restaurant recommendations and bookings, day trip advice, which made things so much easier for first time visitors to Capri. As soon as we checked-in, we decided to cancel our next hotel and ask to extend our stay, so in total an amazing 7 nights in Palazzo M, who managed to work wonders to keep us in the same room. The hotel seems exclusive, right next to the Piazetta which was so convenient. I would very highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to Capri.

Modern, clean room with everything you need. Spectacular view of the Capri and the sea. Service was excellent!

The location and view were fantastic. The room was very modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel is self is beautiful, staff is very friendly.

The staff was somewhat aloof. Always responsive for sure and very friendly in face to face interactions. Check in process seemed slightly rushed. I feel like there were amenities that we had no clue even existed. We were there for our honeymoon which we had told them but it was never acknowledged. They then asked us to come back for our anniversary, letting us know they were well aware we were celebrating a special occasion but they made no effort during our stay. Not a huge deal, just felt weird to say as we were checking out.
