Camas muy cómodas, habitación espaciosa con buena iluminación, muy limpio, ubicación buena.

El 26/06 a eso de las 5 am sonó una alarma de incendio, evacuamos como corresponde, estaban los bomberos, estuvimos más de 30 min esperando a que la situación se regularizará porque aparentaba ser un simulacro. Entramos una vez que la alarma paró de sonar, pero no salió nadie del hotel a avisar que podíamos ingresar. Al ingresar no había nadie dando información, todo muy desprolijo digamos. Tampoco recibimos ningún mensaje o correo avisando a que se debió. Muy confuso. A todo esto pudimos volver a dormir como a las 7 am de la adrenalina del momento.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the family room was designed to comfortably accommodate a family despite its relatively small size. Everything was practical and comfortable. I also liked the self check-in and check-out process, as well as the shared kitchen on the ground floor, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Helsinki in the future.

Nothing to complain about.
