Not overly keen on the reception free concept, I still feel there is nothing like a warm sentient person waiting to assist luddite like me .

Location inspite of the road work outside. Which I know the management had no control over.

Clean and a very comfortable bed.The entry system worked well on the phone as long as you weren't using their non existent WiFi!

The 10ft squre room had only 2 small windows up 8ft which had shutters on. It was like being in a box.We were in room 106 and there must be a bathroom upstairs because we had lots of flushing, even during the nights. Heavy quilts... they were very heavy and hot. Neither of us could get on to the 'free' WiFi. Maybe because it was full there was not enough band width for us all, that's just not good enough! There was no easy parking and we had to search around because the links were removed by the hotel which was strange 🤔. It was all up hill from the car park which we finally found a space in, which was a real struggle on wet pavements.
