The WiFi it was not so good, the pool had broken floors and I thought it might hurt feet, and the hotel is in need of some maintenance

全体的に清潔感がありました。 またスタッフがとても親切でした。 空港のピックアップとツアーの手配をしてもらいましたが、特にツアーにおいては天候を考慮し私が希望していた時間帯ではないプランを提案してくれました。お陰で雨に当たらずに観光ができました。

Beautiful, well-maintained property, tastefully furnished, with a lovely pool. The location is very convenient for getting to Angkor quickly and also just a few minutes from Pub Street. Their real strength, however, is the staff: extraordinarily kind and genuinely helpful. They prepared a packed breakfast to go for us very early in the morning since we had to leave at dawn for our excursions, and they also offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Highly recommended.
