"Exceptional"

The staff was very social, but still very professional. They really did their best to make a true connection. I arrived very late and they made me a very nice late night dinner.

During the night some cats were running over the roof of my cabin. Since I didn't know what it was, I got scared. The staff really handled it well.

"Quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, good location."

Great location, walking distance to good restaurants. Excellent friendly staff at hotel! Welcome drinks were a lovely surprise. We had a problem with our air con not working properly after the first night and the staff moved us to an upgraded room while it was fixed. They could have moved us back but they let us stay in the better room for the rest of our stay.

Overall the staff were extremely helpful! They helped arrange a tuk tuk when we needed it. The breakfast was delicious!

The bathroom door was slightly see through. We stayed in the main building not in one of the other rooms on the property. We were not comfortable with the coating that was on the door. We felt it was not sufficient enough to provide privacy.

Everything about my stay was perfect. Helpful, friendly staff, and their sociable family! A lovely large well equipped room. Delicious breakfast by the beautiful pool.

Sad I wasn’t staying on tonight for the Cuban party and spit roast pig! 😩
