It was as close to the Hospital, after being discharged following an illness.

Too corporate. Cold bland room. Fridge didn’t work. The Room service trolley had a very dirty stained tablecloth when wheeled in. The food was absolutely tasteless (salmon). Not the best experience when you were expecting and had paid for luxury. On arrival at breakfast, they then said, we didn’t have any! Unbelievable. All issues eventually sorted, but we checked out anyway.

Great location. All the staffs are so nice and friendly. Thanks for the late check out so we could enjoy the shopping in the market and also come back to enjoy the wonderful massage in Bodia Spa centre. Also enjoy shopping in Bodia Spa located in 5th floor in the hotel.

I checked my daughter into the Novotel after she was discharged from hospital in the city and needed a few days to recover. The hotel was excellent - the Carly what she needed to help her recover.

The hotel locations is great in the center of Phnom Penh, Its clean and helpful staffs.

I have booked a standard room for 4 nights. The basin is outside the bathroom, no bathrobe provided, The bathroom items was low quality.
