Little Savoy Guest House

I ended up at this guesthouse as a result of a birthday celebration. My stay was for 6 days. The outdoor pool area was the best thing going and that's where I spent most of my time. I also had the opportunity to walk daily (lost a few pounds) in the neighborhood. It was very serene and I felt very safe. However, the inside of the facility was not as pleasing. It certainly could have used a great bit of TLC. The staff was very unaccommodating as well. There was one gentleman who stood out. He was very helpful and I greatly appreciated him (though I can not remember his name). The Little Savoy has great potential of being a nice place, but ...! Would I return? NO! It's not what I like for my home away from home nor my vacation spot.

Room needed upgrade

Property address of n Expedia was incorrect. Staff not aware of the correct address. Owner manager accused me of only booking one room when my receipt obviously said I booked two! Locked in the property gate.. took forever for someone to come and let us out!

It's good for the price offered

They need to update their inventory with Expedia etc

The check-in was bad the lady who checked us in said can't find booking did not try and then disappared we then found a much more helpful man he arranged for us to call the owner to prove our booking

There was nothing nice I could say about this but place. I didn’t like the fact that our needs was not met regarding this situation

Not really anything good to say. We have stayed here in the past and it wasnt bad but now its just terrible and my expectations were not very high! You get what you pay for and we will never stay here again. No water pressure in shower or hot/warm water. Had to complain multiple times each day and then tell them to stop washing machine so we could shower and get the hell out of there. Bed was so squeaky woke us up anytime 1 of us moved

Not much to say other than I would not book there again. Word of caution, check the availability of your room before arriving especially, if you’re an international traveler.
