The host was reliable and was available to let us check-in into the property after hours.. We stayed on the first floor in room number 3 The room was clean..

When walking into the room it had a funny smell, we believe it was coming from the drains in the bathroom, because the toilet was making a weird noise when flushing and the water was not coming out the shower very well. Their definitely was some plumbing issues.. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy.

Unfriendly welcome. The second word I heard was “payment.” Although the room is only accessible via stairs, no help was offered with the luggage. That already felt like a bad start. I was assigned Room 3, where the hot water doesn’t work. This is a known issue, as a review from January 2025 already pointed it out. Clearly, no effort has been made to fix it, and there seems to be no intention to do so. I strongly recommend refusing Room 3. The self-service breakfast station, mentioned during check-in, turned out to be useless. It was located in the reception area, which was inaccessible—still closed at 9:30 in the morning. The same goes for the water dispenser, also placed there, which was not available in the afternoon or the following morning.
