La casa è confortevole ed è posizionata ottimamente, a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto e dal centro di Chania. Il proprietario Giorgos è estremamente gentile e disponibile a risolvere con prontezza qualsiasi problema si dovesse presentare. La casa è provvista davvero di tutto: utensili da cucina, macchina per caffè espresso e all'americana, friggitrice ad aria, lavatrice e asciugatrice, stendino, ferro da stiro, etc. non manca veramente nulla! Piacevole il "patio" interno dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Anche il parcheggio privato è comodo, anche perché le vie sono molto strette ed è difficile trovare posto.

L'appartement est entièrement rénové, meublé avec goût et équipé de meubles de qualité. La décoration est soignée et moderne. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, et même plus ! situé dans un quartier calme, on rejoint la plage à pied en 3 minutes et le centre-ville en 15 minutes. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines avec notre bébé de 14 mois et tout s'est très bien passé. Giorgios, le gérant, a été adorable et très disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande!

The property is amazing! Total remodeled, very modern and functional. We had everything we needed. My daughter loved the privacy of having her own quarters upstairs with her own bathroom, bathroom and kitchenette.

Great Location

The location was excellent. We particularly appreciated the parking spot as it helped make it less stressful overall. Roomy and plenty of space for our family. Also, the host was more than attentive and helpful!

Everything was great. If I had to say anything, we like more natural light. But it was fine for our needs.

Meticulously clean, well thought and well designed modern house. Ground floor with a very nice living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. First floor with another kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Great for a family of four or for two couples to share with a lot of privacy. Modern, well equipped and stocked with items you don’t know you need until you actually need them. The landlord put a lot of thought on what you may need for your trip. We could not believe our eyes. Excellent landlord btw, polite, non-intrusive and communicative. I only have good things to say and I will be staying there again!

I would appreciate a Nespresso machine if there was one.

This is the best Airbnb we ever stayed at! it has everything you ever need, completely met our expectations. location is fantastic, very close to the beach and also the old town. charming building, there are two outdoor spaces, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, there's a washer and the dryer, kitchen is fully equipped + bathrooms are fantastic. The host is extremely helpful and responsive, gave us excellent tips about local places and all the information was super helpful. on Tuesdays, there's a traditional dancing and singing group that performs for free in the Venetian Harbor during sunset. The place is so nice and luxurious inside that it's difficult to leave.

Great location! Close to the Venetian port. Host Giorgos was very efficient and reliable. Communicated with us throughout our stay. Made our time there easy and relaxing.
