Nice apartment in a nice area, close to supermarkets and cafés, walking distance to the water and to the city centre. We had everything we needed, lots of extra linen, covers and towels. There was shampoo, salt and tea. Bug nets on all of the windows and doors. Beautiful mountain view from the bedroom. The company and the landlords seemed friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Cleaning could of been better, we had to dust of some areas and wash up a bit in the kitchen. Would have been nice with some more info in the flat about heating for example and cards for local taxis etc. For this price and for the four star rating I think they could update some of the appliances and put an AC in one of the bedrooms (there is only one in the apartment, in the living room). Also Wifi was fine for surfing but difficult to download and upload things. It’s not really soundproof so you will hear the sounds from the upstairs neighbours. German Netflix was also hard to navigate.

Keys available in lick box. Great view from property and it sits in a quiet location. Very spacious for two people.

"Superb"

Great property. Spacious. The kitchen was great. Two bathrooms - also great. It took less than 20 minutes to walk to the beach or to the city center. The hosts were great and very helpful. I loved it.

As a couple we had a wonderful first time in Kalamata and this apartment was in a great location for us being within easy walking distance from both town and the beach front. We loved having a balcony outside our bedroom with a fabulous view of the mountain (sun in the morning) and another huge balcony at the front off the living room which catches the sun all afternoon/evening. It was very spacious for two adults and was clean and tidy; has a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower; a well equipped kitchen; a second toilet and basin; and a washing machine. The owner kindly allowed us an earlier check in time ( due to flight and arrival) which we were grateful for 😊
