Location excellent. Comfortable beds.

Room small. Insufficient hanging space & no drawers.Shower tray blocked and overflowing for all of our 3 night stay even though reported. We were told there would be no breakfast facilities for 2 weeks as there was a problem with the kitchen. We feel we should have been informed before arriving. Breakfast resumed day 3 but no notification was given. Please note we were told if there were not enough people booking breakfast it would be cancelled.This did not meet our expectations.

Небольшая комната , заселение прошло хорошо .

Наш номер под номером 14 выходил на улицу и к сожалению это место очень близко расположено к туннелю , окна по всей видимости не самые лучшие установлены , спишь как на улице ! Ревущие мотоциклы не давали спать , никакие беруши не помогли. Поэтому могу сказать, что опыт проживания отрицательный.

Reception available to allow access to property despite late-night arrival. Excellent responsiveness and communication on phone and messaging before arrival despite being a last-minute booking! Nice touches - water in room, chocolates and coffee/tea/hot chocolate available at all times, and nice leaving gift. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away if needed, although breakfast was reasonably priced and looked good. Short walk to funicular, chain-bridge and castle (although lots of steps for the latter).

Everything was very good. My room was next to reception, so maybe slightly more conversations taking place, but not intrusive and didn't really bother me. If absolute quiet is necessary, maybe ask for a quiet room (or use the earplugs provided :)

Très belle chambre bien décorée et confortable… Une belle et calme cour intérieure ouverte pour un petit déjeuner ou café le matin est accessible et agréable.

L’emplacement est très bruyant. À proximité d’un très long tunnel excessivement bruyant. Des bouchons d’oreille sont fournis par l’hôtel avec le kit dans la salle de bain, pour la nuit, mais le bruit est vraiment très désagréable en journée. Ok si juste pour la nuit et pas sommeil léger.
