We had a great stay in Athiri. The location is perfect and the rooms are well equipped, clean, and with great AC. We enjoyed every minute.

There were limited facilities to enjoy breakfast or drinks in a group of four or more people.

This property was amazing and well kept. It was located within minutes of a variety of dining and the black sand beaches. Maria our hostess was top-notch providing us with contacts to ride services, reservations, and arranging for fun as we requested. We had a delicious and beautiful continental breakfast delivered to our veranda each morning. I would stay here 100 times over.

Exceptional hospitality by Maria and her personnel. Great location 50 m to the beach. Large, modern, comfortable apartment. Lots of restaurants near by. Great breakfest (kind of brunch actually). Large bathroom. Just a great place to spend time if you are a sea and beach person. But also good bus communication with the rest of island. You really do not need to rent a car if you want to combine your beach holliday with sightseeing.

Going by bus to Fira is great, the bus stop is 3 min walk from the apartment, going back is a bit different story. The bus stops at different place 15 min walking distance from the apartment. But this is absolutely not a remark towards the guesthouse, rather towards somebody from the public communication, who had the ambition to make a bus schedule as understandable as ancient greek. To give you an example of level of service you get: Maria actually took a drive filming the way to the bus stop so we could find it!!!! Never experienced such a customer attention.

The property and staff were exceptional. The pics don’t really do it justice. Bed was extremely comfortable and all amenities were luxurious. Own private veranda with sun beds and hot tub. Also right on the beach. The breakfast was incredible. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t have done more. This properly hits all the marks for a fantastic relaxing stay. Attention to detail second to none. We will definitely return. Outstanding. I loathe to write such a resounding review in case I will not be able to get a place there when I return but it was one of the best holiday accommodation/location/team we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much. Perfect 🤩

I asked for a view of sea, balcony, and got a view of the back of a restaurant and patio. The main problem I have with booking.com is I cannot make ANY changes to my reservation or room directly with the hotel. I didn't get the value for my money. Not happy with the location or the value
