Good location

Not thrilled with the room, very small for the price you pay for 2 adults. The door had some damage points from the inside, just felt like the room overall needs some maintenance. The shower booth also is not properly set up, it is supposed to be a jacuzzi booth that has proper ventilation especially when shower with steam as it gets stuffy, but was not working. Good for 1 night no more than that. Partial view of the sea room meant you could see over a lower deserted building in front of you - not really a view. Got a lot noisy outside in the night but that is the price to pay for choosing city center :) .

The listing was very misleading. The photos on Booking showed bright, spacious, cozy rooms, including what appeared to be a sea view, and the room was described as “deluxe with sea side view.” In reality, we got a tiny, very dark and gloomy room with oppressive atmosphere, dark furniture and strange modern décor that felt nothing like the photos. Only later did we notice the actual room photos were hidden at the very end of the gallery, and some pictures were taken with doors open into neighboring rooms to create a false sense of space. Definitely not worth €100/night and I would not recommend staying more than 1 night. The floor was tilted, even the bed leaned to one side. There were strong chemical odors in the hallway and room, a crooked/broken lock, unfinished bathroom tiles, extremely small shower space, scratchy bed linen, oversized uncomfortable pillows, and loud music from nearby bars until 2am even with windows closed. The staff tried to help after we immediately requested a refund, but no refund was offered. Instead, they proposed another room while asking for an extra cleaning fee, which we found unreasonable because we no longer trusted what we would get. We ended up booking another accommodation nearby (Nafplia Castle), which was much nicer and around 40% cheaper. We first called to explain our disappointment and concerns honestly, but later in messages the staff accused us of “pressuring” them. We were simply being honest about how misleading the accommodation presentation was compared to reality. Unfortunately, not recommended.

The room is located in a renovated apartment building in the old town and is finished to a high standard. It also offers a lovely view of the old town, which adds to the overall experience.

The room we received was on the second floor with no elevator, and access is via a spiral staircase, which can be quite challenging when carrying luggage.

Too small for two adults over 40 yrs. The odour in the passage and the room was revolting. You ask question about staff. Not applicable. Very expensive for such a small premises.

Η εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το κατάλυμα ήταν απαράδεκτη. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο, αντικρίσαμε περιττώματα πουλιών παντού: στο στρώμα (δίπλα στο μαξιλάρι), στο πάτωμα, ακόμα και στο μπάνιο. Η κατάσταση ήταν ανθυγιεινή και εντελώς ακατάλληλη για διαμονή. Παρά το γεγονός ότι τους ενημερώσαμε άμεσα, χρειάστηκε να περιμένουμε περίπου 1,5 ώρα για να βρεθεί λύση (σημειωτέων εκείνη την ημέρα έβρεχε ασταμάτητα). Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της αναμονής υπήρχε συνεχής διαφωνία, καθώς το προσωπικό πρότεινε απλώς έναν πρόχειρο καθαρισμό, ενώ ήταν προφανές ότι απαιτούνταν επαγγελματική απολύμανση και αντικατάσταση του στρώματος. Παντελής έλλειψη φιλοξενίας και στοιχειώδους εξυπηρέτησης. Έπρεπε από απλή ανθρωπιά και μόνο να μας είχαν βοηθήσει άμεσα. Η διαχείριση του περιστατικού ήταν απογοητευτική και δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε βασικά πρότυπα καθαριότητας και εξυπηρέτησης. Δεν θα το συνιστούσαμε. Η τιμή του δεν ανταποκρινόταν με τίποτα στην ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών του. Προφανώς η συνεργαζόμενη εταιρεία καθαρισμού είχε αφήσει το παράθυρο ανοιχτό, ποιος ξέρει για πόσες μέρες, και το πουλί τριγύριζε στο δωμάτιο.
