I arrived the the property and security asked question where i would be staying amd wasnt given information.... after call the host multiple times was not given a room when asked for my money back was told by the host i was rude and blocked me... recommend booking at the hotel or with the hotel not with this host still waiting on my refund to be returned and was told by the the front dest this is a regular occurrance with this host as they are individually own by others not just the hotel...

0/10... I booked this property drove all the way from Kingston to Ocho Rios just to hear that the receptionist does not have my name and they charged my card ...and I did not get to stay there and I did not receive any refund ..
