The staff and owner were super friendly, location was brilliant, breakfast was affordable and the room was huge! The general vibe of this place is really fun :)

The shower didn't heat up and was a bit run down. Room didn't have a proper window you could open so couldn't get much fresh air in without leaving the glass door open, which also meant you couldn't really get any daylight into the room without opening the curtains and people seeing in. The room smelt very strongly of air freshener when we arrived.

when we arrived, the staff told us that we can get free drinks. when we checked out, he asked for money and he was not polite. Make sure that your room is not close to the street because it is noisy.

Super comfy bed, with a nice light duvet cover and comfy pillow!! All a big plus for me in Asia where things tend to be a bit harder than I am used to. Staff were a stand out. All adorable, helpful and they make a mean cappuccino!!! Food was also good and the little tables and comfy couches next to the pool made for a nice dining experience. I found this to be a little oasis in the middle of busy Phnom Penh and excellent value for the price.

Great location, excellent restaurant, very helpful and friendly staff. If you need to rent a scooter or a ticket to go further afield, you can arrange it at the front desk. Air conditioning and refrigerator in the room is a big advantage. Reasonable price to quality.
