Great views across PP - delicious breakfast - the pool floor is fantastic, views amazing, a small terrace to walk on up there too I liked the lounge areas too - made for a comfortable experience Staff friendly and efficient

Aircon a little fierce, location felt a bit tricky for getting out to restaurants etc tho the tuktuks are v handy for this ( booked by grab and arrive v quickly, a fun way to get around )

The hotel itself is new and the room is clean and comfortable. The gym could use more equipment, but for a hotel gym, it’s okay.

Check-out was a mess. Worst experience I’ve had. Staff refused to issue the invoice despite seeing in the Booking.com app the reply from the reservations team that it will be issued upon check out. The guy kept interrupting me when I’m speaking, and I think that’s the reason for the confusion.
