Room was exceptional up to our standards to what we are use to in the States. It was clean, spacious and a lovely view. Sauna and pool was clean and well maintained. Location was close to the night life and walking distance to it. I liked how the security hotel key only takes you to your floor no one can up unless taken by that person. There's always someone at the front to help and direct us where to go: mall, pharmacy or a clinic.

Nothing to complain about the hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

We got moved to a new room because plumbing issues, new room wasn't set up properly and had to request basic necessities.

Second time here, I wouldn't do so if it wasn't so good. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to assist.

First class experience as soon as I arrived. Friendly, efficient staff. Apartment cleaned daily. The location is particularly good, in an interesting neighbourhood, with lots to do and only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the majority of the other attractions. Will definitely return on my next visit.
