BIJOU Serviced Residence

The staff were fantastic. They helped with luggage, transport, and laundry. One of our travelers caught traveler's bug whilst there and the staff were very understanding when we needed linen changed etc. The room was very spacious with excellent views, and the beds were comfortable. Great size space for a family.

The location of our room had a lot of noise and light from nearby businesses - bars and billboards etc.

Really nice apartment with great view. We used the rooftop pool and the sauna and loved it. The 180 degree view from the pool is better than in the photos. The staff were super helpful. Location is perfect, right on Bassac square, which is a character-full area with trendy restaurants and bars.

Staff were excellent, always trying to cater to our needs. Location is central to restaurants and pub nearby with easy access via tuk tuk to other key sites. Apartment was super spacious and clean, perfect for a short or longer stay.

Great location, comfortable and quiet room and nice pool and gym facilities.

Great location, could walk to many places. Also great restaurants nearby. Very clean and nice views. Gym well equipped.

Is brand new hotel, I unwrap the kitchen equipment even the sticker on the glass cup, all the electrical in house are all branded, feel really relieved, cozy bad, have TV channel can watch, WiFi very stable, location very good but depends on if you feel annoyed with noise of bassac lend or not, for me really not bother about this, near AEON mall and just next to bassac lend. Have balcony have nice view. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Toilet have really bad smell if close the door for all night, we were stay for 2 night , air condition at living room start to dripping water like crazy, but the staff were really good he offer us a choice if we want to change to another same type of room.
