Radisson RED Helsinki

Radisson Red has set a new standard of excellence for our travels. The location being by botanical gardens AND <5 minutes from central train station. The best hotel breakfast ever! They provide secure baggage storage if arriving early and have a large, inviting hotel lobby. As if that wasn't enough to make us loyal and returning customers, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! Every single person we met was both friendly and knowledgable. Among a team of excellence, Sara stood out for her above and beyond care of us from meeting at check-in to final departure. My only hesitancy is that in telling about their wonderfulnees we won't be able to find a room there when we need it because they're so popular. This is truly a standout gem of a stay!!

Zu wenig Personal im Frühstücksraum. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine für volles Haus, lange Wartezeit Das Büfett wurde nicht rechtzeitig ausgefüllt. Am manchen Stellen schmutzig und eklig.

This is RED! Absolutely loved our stay here—it's so peaceful right by the park, yet we could just walk everywhere without a car. The new bridges, the city buzz, and the trains are all right there. The breakfast was amazing, but what truly made our trip was the team—so incredibly supportive, lovely, and full of that great creative energy.
