The staff was friendly and trying their best despite all the issues...

I arrived and the check-in was taking suspiciously a long time, which the receptionist making phone calls. It turned out they were full even if I made my booking one month before ! first they offered me to go to another hotel nearby with worst review, or one night in a downgraded room, and then go to the other hotel. Eventually since a similar offer was made to 2 women, I got to stay in a downgraded room for a discount of 2$ per night... And the AC wasn't functioning properly...

I want to complain that when I arrived at the hotel there were no free rooms left even though I had made the reservation and already paid through the Booking.com website. It's incredible! The hotel manager sent me to a cheaper and lower quality hotel he collaborate with. I was so tired I accepted. Overbooking is the worst behaviour. I'm angry!
